Wisdom announced preferred dispute resolution provider for AMEC
Wisdom has been selected as the preferred dispute resolution provider for the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (‘AMEC”) members.
AMEC is a national membership organisation representing the interests of some 260 companies involved in the mineral exploration and mining sector. Founded in 1981, its purpose is to facilitate a positive political and economic environment to grow the exploration and mining industry on behalf of its members.
The agreement between Wisdom and AMEC will allow AMEC’s members to provide unique tailor designed commercial dispute resolution and negotiation services to those members of AMEC who choose to retain its services. Wisdom has a proven track record in resolving large-scale commercial negotiations or disputes in the mining and resource industries nation wide. Wisdom acts neutrally and independently and draws upon the experience of well credential high profile Captains of Industry to provide value add solutions to companies in dispute or negotiation.
